We’ve worked with Students’ Unions since our inception and know the specifics of supporting student safety agenda on campuses, the priorities of your commercial services team, and making all this work with university disciplinary procedures.

So, what is accreditation?

Estella explains it all via a breezy Q&A with our sentient neon friend, answering all those burning questions about our holistic approach to safer nightlife in this short video.

Policy
We start with a chat and an agreement on how we’ll work together. You’ll receive a tailored best practice policy outlining what to do—and avoid—when harm occurs, aligned with legal and licensing requirements. We support you in adapting and implementing it.

Training
We offer flexible training options, including on-site, Zoom, and eLearning. Accreditation requires most of your team to complete GNO training. Our core session—Understanding and Responding to Sexual Harassment and Assault in Licensed Premises—boosts confidence and skills in just 2.5 hours. Post-training evaluation data helps you track impact.

Communication
Our internationally recognised logo encourages reporting. You’ll get a range of materials—posters, badges, barmats, window clings, and certificates—for display throughout your venue or event to show your commitment.

Ongoing Support
We provide quarterly check-ins and ongoing expert support. After year one, you can access discounted refresher training and reaccreditation.

It was really interesting to work with you on this training and many of the students who attended found the second half particularly useful around responding to incidents in a bar environment.
